While shipwrecked on a deserted Fijian island, a man is faced with the accidental death of his loved one. Meanwhile a gifted teenaged girl and five others survive an aircraft crash that strands them on the very same island as the distraught man. The girl develops a unique relationship with the stranger and they both discover that the island itself is haunted. A series of unusual coincidences will force them together in in an epic battle of survival, and they are forced to, not only stop a madman, but quell the mysterious island itself, before it swallows all of their souls.
