IN LIEU OF SALES OF THIS BOOK - £1 / $1 GOES TO A MENTAL HEALTH CHARITY - HELP SOMEONE BEAT MENTAL ILLNESS TODAY!About the book

This is a lovely mindfulness colouring book for adults and kids - designed so that you can enjoy colouring together with your children.

Why not take time out today and improve your mental well being at the same time? There are 12 pairs of animals, with a simple design for younger kids, and a more intricate one for either older children, or yourself.

The wild animals included are:
Dolphin, Eagle, Elephant, Gazelle, Giraffe, Hippopotamus, Lion, Mouse, Rabbit, Tiger, Toucan, andWhale.

To insure there is no bleed from one animal design on to another, we have left blank pages on the back of all the designs, so you can color freely. Suggested equipment would be standard felt tips, crayons, and coloured pencils.

You can either color alone, for a bit of peace and quiet, or carefully photocopy (or cut out) the adult pictures within the book so you can color alongside your child.

There are 12 pairs of designs - one more complicated than the other, either for an adult, or for an older child to enjoy. Young kids will love the complicated pictures too. Coloring them will improve their fine motor skills.

About the publisher and editorHelen Neale is the editor of KiddyCharts, which is a well known and respected global parenting site with over 550k social followers and a similar number of page views. The site offers loads of free resources to keep kids entertained, and to help them to learn.

Happy coloring!
