In 1992 Dr. Zachary Taylor managed to achieve a great miracle, he discovered a cure for cancer. The only problem was-cancer is a cottage industry what with cancer treatment centers, drug companies who would go bankrupt, medical personnel who specialize in cancer, and the list is endless so Taylor had to die, along with his wife. The research material was taken at the same time as the murders. But, the killers left Taylor's daughter, Mallory, alive. In 2008, Mallory Taylor decided she wanted to investigate her parents' death so enter a friend of her grandparents, Jarrod Kingsley. The investigation would lead to one of the richest families in the US, with cancer treatment centers all over the US and on a tropical island, which is where they were using the cure and charging several million per patient. The family would stop at nothing to keep what they had.
