Every new beginning is messy, and we understand that at the end all of it turns to be good. The beauty of Change is such. While all modern enterprises are chasing the elixir of being a world class service provider, oh well rather it has changed to be a product centric organization, all of them are struggling to be agile, and adopting Design Thinking in its true form. My work here will act as a field guide for all of you practitioners and ambitious IT consultants, designers, product managers, and consultants; into the world of designing an organization that has embraced design thinking and Agile in its best possible combination however all aligned to the specific direction and vision from the organization's who's who.
