The story revolves around Shwetha, a girl from a traditional South Indian family, who shuns the very idea of 'falling in love' or a 'love marriage', leaving the job of finding her a suitable match, to her parents. However, the day she steps into medical school to pursue her passion of becoming a doctor, her life starts to change. She discovers an entirely different world, from the one she grew up in, and learns to adjust and accommodate with difficulty, to her new surroundings. She discovers friends who would stand with her till the end of time. She discovers what it feels like, to encounter the opposite sex in close proximity, driving her hormones mad. College also gives her something she never thought would happen to her-her first, true love. But just as all good things come to an end, it doesn't last, or so it seems.
