"from a flower to a garden" is the first installment in the nature's words series by author kat pritchard. it is a collection of her poetry organized to demonstrate her progression in quality of poetic skill and mental health over the span of three to four years. it consists of poems written throughout her teenage years up through her first year of college. they center around her struggles with mental health, abuse, self-identity, and making the choice for recovery.
