How Long Are You Going to Wait? Natasha Frazier

What dream have you been holding hostage? Afraid to release to the world? So many times, we become overly concerned about how the world will view us, who will support us, or how things will work out. Guess what? Nothing will happen if you never take the first step and make a choice to pursue your dream, vision, or goal!

I was once the person who allowed fear to control me, but not any longer. Joshua 18:3 says, "How long are you going to wait before you take possession of the land, the Lord your God has already given to you?" The background of this scripture text refers to tribes of Israel who had not yet taken possession of the land that God had already promised to them. They were waiting when all they needed to do was pursue it! This reminded me of my own procrastination. How many times do we use "waiting on God" and "praying about it" as an excuse because we are fearful of what may happen if we step out on faith to do something that God has already given us the skill to do? If we work as unto Him, wouldn't this please Him?

Trust that you are already equipped to unleash the gift that is buried inside of you, and if you're not, now is the time to take the steps so that you can be equipped!
