Kisses Don't Last Forever Kefentse Booth

This collection is a journey of loving, longing, and letting go through verse. Written in a language that decodes the strengths of an elusive love. Each piece rockets you to a universe that only lovers visit. The ride is fulfillment. The content is draped in imagery. This book is birthed from an intimate place, a scared space carved out for those who love, Love. Kisses may not last forever, but the moments with Love are picturesque renderings that live forever.

Kisses are the chemical cocktail that causes a natural dopamine that stimulates brain activity. Kisses are likened to using the strongest of drugs. What happens when feelings become euphoric? Passion! Powerful touching as lovers lower their guard.

Yet red roses can turn black. Kisses grow stagnate and taste of deceit. Love holds on by a thread, as kisses fade in the sunset. Will love be enough to last the rest of time, or will time outlast love?
