Finding Her Forever Home: the Rescue of a Racing Greyhound
Donna Clementoni
Tony hates the cold! The adorable 9 1/2 lb. Italian greyhound is excited when his "daddy" announces they are going to Florida to visit his relatives. During their stay, Tony's Aunt Vickie and Uncle Bob adopt a retired racing greyhound named Stella. When Tony returns to Maryland, he organizes his friends from "The Paws Playgroup" and they plan a "Canine Costume Party" to raise funds for The Greyhound Rescue Organization. A heartwarming "tail" that teaches children the value of helping others.
