"Living in Remission: A Survivor's Story" is a self-help and inspirational book about a cancer survivor's next journey after treatment. Pasha's second book really goes in depth regarding the complexities of survivorship and how remission can have its own set of challenges that are visible and non-visible to those on the outside looking in. She also shares her unforeseen setbacks during her remission journey while giving encouragement to survivors struggling to piece their life back together and live in their "new norm".
