After working as an HIV counselor for 28 years, Paulette needed an escape and found it in cooking. Ms. Elliot is a firm believer that when done in love, food has the ability to speak to people in ways that others can not. Because of her dedication, Paulette has created her first cookbook, Paulie's Love Catering Presents Taste the Love: Ordinary Foods with Extraordinary Flavors. A successful business owner and culinary professional, Elliot's knowledge of the culinary arts has expanded her business brand and has been shared with chefs nationwide.
