The Megadeth founder Dave Mustaine has never been quiet. However as much as he criticises socially and musically, curiously enough the animosities and joustings arouse the most attention. And if it gets boring there is still the over 25 year old story of Mustaines sack from Metallica. Somewhere there will always be a pile of dirty laundry. In the press Mustaine occurs with the quote he’s not anymore the “easiest boy to hate in heavy metal”. He doesn’t propagate this impression anyway neither in interviews nor on stage. The opposite is the case: It was never so easy to love Megadeth: the musical friendly overtures with the following artistic complete bankruptcy has been turned away and finally Mustaine gives the loved thrash with class-tunes back to his fans. Finally his grumpy murmuring and virtuoso guitar lines vary with an apocalyptic undertone again.
