Francois De Roubaix, 50 Ans Après.
Fred Pallem & Le Sacre Du Tympan
Le Sacre du Tympan has been Fred Pallem's orchestra for over 25 years: a shape-shifting ensemble, devoted to his own repertoire and tributes to composers who shaped him, chiefly Francois De Roubaix. For the 50th anniversary of his death, Pallem widens an earlier electronic reading into a full orchestral confrontation with Morricone, Legrand and Barry, reworked into hypnotic medleys.
