The Shalom Singers are a network of gifted singers, musicians and writers. They are members who are dedicated to unity and diligence. Formerly known as Fellowship Choral Ensemble, the Shalom Singers has been steadily growing with engagements on the rise. The engagements have included concerts, workshops, schools, churches, and town programs. Throughout the New York area the group has toured and met challenges with success. Individuality marks the sound of the Shalom Singers, the integration with 'spirit filled expression.' For example, a contemporary gospel sound that empowers the listener to know how super God really is. 'Fear Not' is a powerful song that mixes jazz influences with a scriptural oration that is heartwarming. 'We Shall Overcome' provides the spiritual high energy rhythm that keeps the listener moving.
