Nirvana's "In Utero" is a cornerstone in the grunge and alternative rock genres, marking a significant moment in music history during the early 1990s. Despite the pressure from the record label to produce a more commercially viable album, Nirvana stuck to their artistic integrity, creating an album that was true to their vision. Unlike its predecessor "Nevermind", "In Utero" embraced a more raw and unpolished sound.
