CD diskos ir iekļauts nesen remasterētais albuma stereo mikss no 1966. gada, iepriekš neizdots "Freak Out!" pirmsmastera mikss, sen nepieejamais mono mikss, The Mothers ieraksti no The Fillmore Sanfrancisko 1966. gadā, kā arī demo ieraksti un daudz bonusu materiālu.

Blu-ray diskā ir iekļauti trīs dažādi vēsturiskie "Freak Out!" miksi no Super Deluxe kastes 192 kHz/24-bit un 96 kHz/24-bit Hi-Res Audio formātā, kā arī bonusu materiāli, ko papildina īpaši izstrādāti vizualizatori ar retām un iepriekš neredzētām bildēm.
