Kinds Of Kindness

"Kinds of Kindness" is a 2024 anthology film by greek film auteur Yorgos Lanthimos (The Favourite, Poor Things). Structured as a triptych, the film presents three loosely connected stories that explore themes of control, identity, and the dark complexities of human relationships.

In the first story, a man named Robert (played by Jesse Plemons) is trapped in an unusually close, oppressive relationship with his controlling boss, Raymond (Willem Dafoe). The third tale revolves around Emily (Stone again), a member of a bizarre cult desperately searching for a woman who possesses resurrection powers.
