In a run-down prison, inmates are subjected to torture and punishment at the hands of guards Soldier (Matteo Tosi) and Dog (Giuseppe Gobbato), led by their superior the Officer (Michael Segal), all the while living in fear of the unseen rulemaker the Judge. Although the prisoners can't remember their previous life or how they ended up there, parts of their background and how they came to be incarcerated are mysteriously revealed.

New inmate Princess (Tiffany Shepis) begins to upset the status quo when she unleashes her strange psychic powers as she can move objects with her mind and has impossible levels of strength. But will she be able to help the convicts escape the nightmare inside the prison walls?
