God has equipped each of us to do something special in this life. However, to do that, it is vital we determine to take care of our bodies. We can choose to find balance in what we eat and drink, get enough rest and exercise, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Regardless of your current condition, can we agree to get busy and do that? We all can start somewhere.
This book is a "Snap-Shot" in time where I develop consistency with proper eating habits; something I've battled with all of my life. All of this occurred after I heard the voice of the Lord speak to me and ask, "Can you give Me 25 Consistent Days of doing what I tell you to, or will you continue to Wander in the Wilderness of Excuses for not doing your best when it comes to your eating habits thereby short-circuiting the life I gave you?" I woke up! Even though my eyes were already wide open, I could finally see. My prayer is that you, too, will benefit from my 25-day Journey to the Promised Land.
