This is a reference work indexing the Fiscal Stamps of the Philippines produced by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. The series provides a visual tour through a sampling of the certified plate proofs created by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing and held in the National Numismatic Collection at the National Museum of American History. This book does not show all the plate proofs nor all the variations in the archive. The Book series is intended for educational use only and to assist future researchers.
