It's the Memory of an Old-Fashioned Christmas
Gloria Alecia Swift
'It's the Memory of an Old-Fashioned Christmas' had been in the works for six years. Every year, around Christmas time, Ms. Swift reminisced about the good days when families, neighbors, and villagers had one thing in common - celebrate Christmas by going to a Christmas play, attending Mass, then eating foods and desserts that took two days to prepare. Christmas was about loving each other. Christmas was about families getting together and talk and laugh, maybe even shed a few tears about family members who were missing. Today, Christmas is so commercialized we forget the real reason for the season. Take a cruise down memory lane with 'It's the Memory of an Old-Fashioned Christmas.'
