This book & e-book is addressed to children and adults who are relatively new to chess, and they wish to advance their middle game tactics, and especially forks and pins. The approach is rather laconic. Not many words. Only chess diagrams and questions and what would the next best move be in each case. Nevertheless, the reader will find that there is a specific line of thought which is transferred from the diagrams. So, the book is not a collection of puzzles, but a process of teaching chess tactics. Diagram by diagram, page by page, the reader will feel as if there is an invisible teacher who guides them over understanding fundamental ideas about forks and pins. Quite powerful tactics to win over material in the middle game. I am also maintaining a chess learning website under the name "AStal chess locus" and motto "An inspiring approach to improve your chess skills" at the address: https: //chess.antibaro.gr
