Intelligent as HSP with dissociation Deni Iseli

Now that I am 63 years old and making progress with my therapy, I am seeing more and more the facts in my life. It is not pleasant to discover the reality in the family, in which I, as HSP, grew up with the presence of the mental illnesses PTSD, (open and hidden) narcissism, codependency, gaslighting (cunning manipulation technique of hidden narcissism) and TPS. I realize that all my family members and my second ex-husband from Algeria are very different from the impression they give. After discovering the true nature of all my family members, I discover the true nature of my second ex-husband from Algeria who had no difficulty in using a marriage of convenience (fake marriage) to obtain a residence permit and a Dutch (European) passport. It seems that many people influence, manipulate, cheat and use gaslighting, without anyone noticing immediately. I have become mentally richer in an unpleasant way. As HSS, I am intelligent enough to draw logical and realistic conclusions for myself and act accordingly in the rest of my life.
