The book is an exception in contemporary philosophical literature because it presents a comprehensive, synthetic vision of reality. It is written in the current of Aristotle-Tomistic philosophy, but it also uses many insights of thinkers from other directions. It combines into one whole claims from the main branches of philosophy: theory of knowledge, metaphysics, philosophical anthropology, social philosophy, philosophy of nature, and philosophy of God. On this basis, it proposes a project of scientific psychology, empirically verifiable but also open to a supernatural reality.
