As we continue on Jahrobi's healing journey we must revisit the past once again to address the elephant in the room, also known as "setting boundaries." After releasing his first book, many issues reappeared in his psyche, which he didn't realize he suppressed. As he unpacked these past experiences, he understood that more work needed to be done. This book addresses Jahrobi's struggles within his interpersonal relationships with friends, family, and lovers. This story uncovers the painful truth about accountability and self-awareness. Shame, guilt, anger, and resentment plagued Jahrobi's heart until he recognized the importance of boundary setting and accountability that set him free later on. If you lack effective communication skills then you won't be able to set boundaries with anyone. Jahrobi was not an effective communicator. He allowed many people to take advantage of his kindness. Jahrobi was unable to set boundaries with his friends, family members, and lovers when it was time to say no or cut ties with them altogether. Although he had many struggles, the personal experiences mentioned in this book were the moments that led him to figure out how to communicate better. This book will give tips on how to free yourself from the shackles of people-pleasing and not trusting your intuition.
