Let's Not Forget Jim Bailey

Remember the stories, fables, good night poems and games from our past? Being a father, I have constantly asked my children about these as they were, and are, growing up and am amazed that they have never heard of them before. Even their peers in school have not had the joy of hearing about the Three Billy Goats Gruff, Robert Louis Stevenson or the poems and short stories of Mary Mapes Dodge or Aesop's Fables. I am offering these in a way that are easily understood for toddler story time, beginner readers as well as those more proficient in reading. Add to that coloring pages, tongue twisters and games our grandparents and beyond enjoyed, and you have a book full of reminiscences and forgotten fun.
