New Normal 2021 Dory Anne Louise

My purpose in life is to pass along messages of optimism and positive energy to those who need a kind word of compassion and love for everyone who needs assistance during the Pandemic of 2020. This engulfing virus has wrapped its tragic ways around the world; killing many people, and has continued into 2021 where the world is fighting to come back to a 'new normal' way of life. I will keep writing about how life is in 2021; hoping that we will push through to the other side of life; turning the page on this tragic happening. I find that touching nature in mind, body and soul helps me to begin thinking with clarity again as I move through the changes in life that I do not have control over; embracing what I can do for myself and others that is purposeful and peaceful in the many green forests of life where bright flowers in yellow and blues exist, and I can roam freely without fear. I bring you my ways of self-care through art, music, exercise and writings that soften what we are going through in life right now.
