Karamo continues his journey to becoming a superhero, a symbol for good in the world, a protector of his people, yet the hate in the world, in the souls of some people knocks him from his path of love, puts a great potential in danger of being turned wrong. Young black college student James has always been open about being gay, felt relatively safe in his truth, yet when the ignorance of his college roommate rears up, things start to feel not so good. Throw in a far worse incident that makes James question his place as a black man in the world which almost ends his life and he loses faith in being able to exist in this society. Former president Zahra, along with Nisha and Jasmine return as they meet Karamo who has been dating their family member Stefon.
