Where We Wander is a collection of poems about challenging journeys, meaningful destinations, and all of the emotions that come from wandering into the dark and light of this world. These aren't poems about travel as we know, instead, they are poems about our own inner conflict that can sometimes lead us to places both terrifying and wondrous. Should we find ourselves in a place occupied by alien-like fears, do we run or do we face them as explored in one poem? When confronted with dishonorable people or situations, what choices do we make in such harsh deserts? How far and long will we travel just to find a piece of home? And in the presence of criticism, do we follow our heart's path or do we bow down to the expectations of others? All of these and more will be touched upon in this poetry book. We are spiritual wanderers experiencing a human existence. The choices we make aren't so much external as internal. Where we wander is up to us.
