Throughout history some have claimed to be prophets sent by God. We need to consider this topic with all seriousness and reverence. We need to search the scriptures to understand the Will of God. Israel of old was warned by God not to accept just any prophet, as they may be false prophets. At His first advent, Jesus also personally warned His followers about following false prophets.
