This book is designed to be a book of reflection and an avenue to think on your personal accountability. Many of the masks, all of us battle with. The formatting is that the word or name of the mask is first defined and then explained thereafter, then there is a short place for you to check as to whether or not this is a mask that you may be guilty of wearing. You can write it in this book, or you can write it on a separate sheet of paper but at the end I want you to create an action plan of the masks that you know that you wear and how you want to proceed to remove the mask PERMANENTLY. Be honest with yourself but do not be hard on yourself because at the end of the day, life is about learning, growing, and showing the manifestation of what you have learned.
