Chaos as HSP with dissociation Deni Iseli

Like many other people, I grew up with a growing chaos in my head. This has to do with the presence of the mental disorders PTSD, (open and hidden) narcissism, codependency, gaslighting (cunning manipulation technique of hidden narcissism) and TPS in the family, in which I grew up. The chaos in the minds of all my family members seems to be a reflection of the chaos in the minds of our world's population of about 7 billion people. I don't know if there are any exceptions. I cannot know that. As HSP, I am now aware of myself and of life. Maybe I am pessimistic, but I am a serious thinker. There is no one who can really cure mental illnesses, as far as I know. There is no one who can stop the causes of mental illnesses. As HSS, I can deal with the growing chaos, because I focus on myself and remain myself.
