Beau the Basset Charline Madeleine Evers

Beau the Basset was no ordinary dog. When awake he was an excellent and loving pet. When asleep, he dreamed he was a super-dog who could do all the things he could not do in real life. My character, Beau, was my first dog when I was a child. I include photos of myself, my sister, Marilyn who is in this book, and of course photos of my dog Beau. I am also the illustrator of my book The paintings are very colorful. The original drawings were made in black on white with ink. I took these pictures and put them in an App called Procreate on my iPad. With my apple pen I colored the pictures. The text was inserted in Procreate. My next book is "Beau the Basset and Family in Dogland". Beau, Collette and the puppies go to Dogland in their dreams while Marilyn went to an amusement park. They had amazing adventures and met many dogs. I also included a few fun things to think about and do at the end of the book. Beau can't wait to meet you when you open his book!
