Richard Marx - Singer, Songwriter, Producer Extraordinaire Dave Koz

*ABOUT THE SUBJECT* Richard Marx grew up in Chicago's posh suburb of Highland Park during Rock and Soul music's most fertile years of the 1960s, '70s, and '80s. Inheriting both a deep talent and passionate love of music, Richard's first recording session took place at the age of five. Marx signed on with EMI-Manhattan Records, a division of Capitol, in his early twenties. His self-titled 1987 debut was a multi-million-selling smash that spawned four huge hits. His second recording, Repeat Offender, hit #1 throughout the globe and sold 10 million copies. The Grammy Award winner was also one of the most popular artists in music video. Following his dominant commercial heyday of the late 1980s and 1990s, Marx soldiered on - working with 'NSYNC, Luther Vandross, and Keith Urban, among many others. In 2020, he released his fourteenth new studio work: Limitless. Richard Marx has sold over 30 million albums and continues to tour internationally.*ABOUT THE NEW 2020 EDITION* This freshly revised and updated e-Book/paperback edition is expanded with additional text, annexed interview data, and new color photos.
