The author shares personal experiences of learning how to cope with life inside the NICU, build faith, and stay encouraged during times of not knowing if her child would survive to someday come home. This book shares an in depth look into how the author learned how to bond with her child, advocate for her child's treatment in the hospital, and also witness many milestones and setbacks that occurred. The author shares how visiting her child in the NICU for six months required learning how to implement self care, and grow deeper spiritually.
