From the Preface of the book: I am coding for more than 15 years. I have had many frustrations in this industry, I feel good hearts can rectify it a bit. This book is to vent out of my frustration so that tech bosses might read it and create a better industry. This is a highly opinionated book. The points I discussed in this book are the problems I have faced and thought could have been rectified. I might be right or wrong. I would love to hear your feedback. Another reason to write this book is there are lots of books that advise programmers to take blame for failed projects, but very few books are there to advise the management to realize its mistakes and correct its way
