This is the incredible story of how, while lying in a Neurogolical ICU bed, I was visited by the Holy Spirit in my dreams and accepted the Light of celibacy over the lifestyle of homosexuality. I was 57 when it all happened and so very unsatisfied with my choice to be actively sexual with other men, a part of me knew that it was wrong. Up until being visited by the Holy Spirit, I had never really had a religeous or spiritual event that I could definitely define, other than the occassional doubt about my choices. You will not find that I feel in any way that being a homosexual is at all a choice, anymore than I find heterosexuality to be a choice; the choice comes when you decide to engage in unclean sexual acts, such as fornication, adultery, polygamy and homosexuality, for examples. I want this book to breathe the truth, from a gay man's experience, not from the experience of someone who has no idea what it is to be burdened with this unchosen (for most) affliction. I want this book to be used as an out-reach to other members of the LGBTQ+ Community as an alternative to emmersing themselves in whatever lifestyle the abbreviation stands for to them. There is a choice to be made. I hope this book to helps others make a more spiritually and emotionally satisfactory decision. Christians: You will never win over an LGBTQ+ person to the teachings and living the life as The Christ would have one to live by using hate or guilt or shame or politics as weapons. "Be gentle as doves and clever as serpents," Christ says. Win them over by loving them, if they be your enemies or seen as enemies of Christ/God; and this book will hopefully give them the confirmation that they need, that what they "feel" really is not choice, but how they act upon those feelings is a choice. Each day, everyone makes choices, and they are either in accordance with Christ's teachings or they are not. Not one of us is without sin. I would like to see churches and/or individuals purchasing the book to give to members of the LGBTQ+ Community and ask them to simply read it; or to friends or family members that belong to the Rainbow Community as a gift from their heart and soul, not to belittle them or pages of telling them that they're headed for an eternity of Hell Fire. My book focuses on the rewards of choosing a life of celibacy over living the life of, particularly, a gay man or even a transgender person (as I have tried to be one and then the other). It is a book about respect, from both sides of the sexual-orientation coin. Without that respect, there is zero hope, none. Time has proven this over and over. The basic core of being part of the LGBTQ+ cannot be unlearned because it was never learned anymore than the ability to see. How, in the sixties and seventies, during my formative years, could I "choose" to be an effiinate child and later identify as "Gay" when all I was EVER exposed to was Heterosexual in nature, from Billboard ads to TV shows? Read my book, share it with other heterosexuals to help them understand and stop this "us" against "them" mentality. As to thoughts or dreams that I may have that are sexual in nature (the same holds true for every heterosexual) that is saddening to Christ, I must pray to be forgiven for them, that's all; that, and pour all my love into the teachings of Christ and the glory of the Holy Spirit, and to helping other LGBTQ+ members to leave this illusional, often delusional, lifestyle they have chosen for one of total celibacy, forgiveness, agape (love), and Peace both within and without. I hope every Christian can find a way to use my book to change a person's life, literally, forever. Thank you, J. E. Webb
