A young poet, who has experienced more challenging situations than most do in their lifetime, expresses her strong emotions through poetry. Cheryl Gross has been through it all. Because she has experienced and seen so many different types of scenarios and people, she has learned a great deal about herself. She has gone through much tragedy, yet is able to see the silver lining through them. She believes that everything has a reason as to why it occurred and that she has become stronger because of what she has been through.
