'Hullo. It's me. I haven't got long. Cancer. Thought you'd like to know.' Bren leaves this message on his twin brother Arwyn's phone after thirty years of silence. Arwyn left the family farm in Wales and became a well-known TV presenter in London. Bren stayed and farmed with his father and brother. This gets Arwyn thinking back to their childhood and reflecting on what it means to be a twin, on the debate about nature versus nurture. He tries to recall the reason for their estrangement - there are several possibilities. He must now decide whether to rush to his brother's deathbed to seek answers to the mystery and confront his family, or try to bury the past.
