The secret to being happy is taking 100% responsibility for your own emotional well being, by connecting with the source of all despite your material circumstances caused by Karma. This is Yoga. This is not easy and that is why I am writing this book. There is no need of a priest, or anyone else for that matter. Neither is there a need to wear orange clothes and be a beggar to achieve inner peace. Only you can connect with the almighty through self- discipline and a shift in awareness. This is called Self- realization. The way of the Rishi is connecting with inner cosmic forces, releasing one from much earthly suffering, by entering a perception that transcends mundane attachments and expectations.
