Through the annals of time there has always been at least one human being with a distorted view of the meaning of life. Some, with the same mindset might call them a genius of sorts. But in most cases it is a genius that for some reason harbors an intelligence corrupted by his or her own egocentric personality. Richard Dexter was one of those people. He lacked compassion for the dead because all he saw was a motionless piece of equipment that had failed. He was only interested in taking the hidden memories and thought forming processes from what he considered the useless human equipment and transferring it into another. In doing so he could create his own idea of what humans should end up being. But his own idea lacked one critical factor ....... the soul.
