The Ancient Vampire Lord, Grigori Rasputin, unleashes his vampire army on the country. The Order is first to fall, leaving humanity with nothing but a ragtag militia to defend the United States from the hordes that now occupy it. Sverre leads his small group to find allies in the war against Grigori's armies. Not many are willing to risk the wrath of the ruthless vampire, but a plan soon begins to form. Grigori has grown into a new being that the world has never seen. A virtual undead god on Earth, seemingly unstoppable. He commands the most powerful military force on the planet. If Sverre cannot find a way to defeat him before the last of the resistance is stamped out, humanity will fall under permanent rule of the vampires.
