We are living at a time when chaos and confusion seem to be the norm. A time when it appears that the world is void of love, hope, and peace. The very things we all need seem to be in short supply, especially when we are going through such a difficult time. I want you to know that in spite of how things may appear; God still has a plan and purpose for your life. The reality is, sometimes you will have to experience some hurt and disappointments in order to achieve the plan God has for your life. Remember, you are not alone. So, do not fear or worry when you find yourself experiencing hard times. God is there waiting on you to trust Him enough to follow His lead. This book is part 1 of a 3-part series and depicts my earliest encounter with God just when I was about to give up. My story begins during one of the most difficult times in my life. So, if you are feeling like you can't deal with life anymore, or you doubt that it will get any better; this book is for you. God's love is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He loves you and if you trust and follow His lead He will show up for you like He did for me. Trusting God during the dark times, especially when we can't see the light is paramount. In order for us to have a victorious outcome, we must trust that the light is there even when we can't see it. In many cases, we can't see the light because we are not in the right position; for some, they can't see the light because someone or something is blocking their ability to see. In any case, the light is there to guide us through those dark periods of our lives. All we have to do is keep trusting and following God as He leads us to the light. I pray that as you read my story, you will see how I found the light right before I almost gave up.
