Samurai Sudoku puzzles consist of five overlapping sudoku grids. The standard sudoku rules apply to each 9x9 grid and the goal is to fill in the empty cells with the numbers "1" to "9". Each number must only appear once in each row, column, and in each marked block/region. The special challenge in Samurai Sudoku puzzles is to connect the overlapping grids. However, solving an overlapping grid might also help you solving the "next" puzzle by eliminating possible options.
