The author is honoured to have the opportunity to propose 'Demeter automatic permaculture roof garden' for urban thriving symbiotic fauna and flora. Orchard, vegetable garden and lawn sustainable in term of impact, supporting ecologically and socio-economically the development of communities in a closed circular economy concept managed through all the phases of the multi-interactive life cycles. It has been chosen wheat (Triticum. spp.) for showing how the workflow would be from input seed and medium to output processed food, pasta and bread loaf, trying the make the whole flow automatic and safe under Hazard Critical Control Point (HCCP).
