Jinx has been asked to help the Hedge Fairies gain more places to live by helping the humans understand the need for more green spaces and hedges. Jinx and Draco enter the Hedge Fairy realm through a magical portal that appears in the hedges out behind their house. With the help of Rosy Q and her magical crystal spell book, Jinx and Draco make it to the Hedge Fairy realm for a night of mystery and fun. This takes the duo on a fun adventure to a mystical new land. Jinx is a super feminine, smart, and witty cat who likes to use her cuteness to get her way. Jinx loves batting her long eyelashes and swishing her tail with a cute little strut. She loves adventures and escapes to have fun with the Fairies in the Fairy Realms any chance she gets. She has huge green eyes and jet-black fur. Her favorite colors are Purple and Pink. She is initiated into the Hedge Fairy realm by being gifted an amethyst crystal collar that gives her visions to future events. Dracois a large black dog who is very protective and hesitant to let Jinx go on her adventures. He serves as the mediator and authority figure to Jinx. Draco barks loudly to exert his power, but sometimes can be overprotective of Jinx. Following Merkle's advice, he remains regal and a father figure to her. He has big brown eyes, floppy ears. He loves the colors red and gold. Draco is granted honorary member to the Hedge Fairy realm and he is given a ruby crystal collar that represents his love and protection for Jinx and the Hedge Fairies. Merkle is a mystical hobgoblin that gives advice to the hedge fairies and Jinx. He looks a little rough around the edges with a large nose and short stocky build. He is especially loving towards animals and the other fairies. Although he lives with the hedge fairies, he often accompanies Jinx on her adventures. He likes brown and carries a long prayer staff with gold fairy dust. Rosy Qis Merkle's hobgoblin companion. She is a crystal mystical lady and uses the different variety of crystals for spells and enchantments to help Jinx and Draco on their journey to the Hedge Fairy realm. She uses the amethyst crystal for Jinx's special collar and the Ruby crystal for Draco's. Other crystal spells used are the quartz healing crystal and the obsidian crystal used for stunning the enemy. She enchants the aquamarine, fluorite, and lapis lazuli crystals throughout the story to help Jinx, Draco and the Hedge Fairies.
