Another night is spent sitting in the dorm while it's dark. I am all alone. All I have is my pen, a piece of paper, and a vision. My artistry is the only thing keeping me together. People done turned their backs on me. They're not trying to deal with me anymore because it is my success burning them up on the inside. The feelings of disdain and loneliness are not letting up. Regardless of what I may be feeling on the inside... I know that I must hit this stage tonight, pick this microphone up and get to work. The time for making excuses is over.
