My Friend Fear is an illustrated book of a boy who knows Fear from the moment he's born. It's a short story with in depth concepts of depression, anxiety, and fear controlling one persons life and how they overcome it. The illustrations offer a gentle delivery on a tough topic. Over time Fear becomes a nuisance but still remains by his side. Following his journey with Fear; Depression and Anxiety make an appearance. It's not until his childhood friend Hope visits him to encourage overcoming Fear. Once he accepts Fear by his side and the role it plays, his wildest dreams come true and he finds happiness.
