They say that when you die, you either go to Heaven or Hell. But the harsh reality was there is only Hell. Before the fall of Heaven, if a demon had spent a hundred years in Hell, it could finally pass through to Eden, the paradise dimension. As time went on, the demons grew envious of the angels and attacked Heaven, imprisoning the Saints, the guardians of the gates, and overthrew their land, forcing Hell to become the destiny of everyone, regardless of how you behaved when you were alive. Before their defeat, the Queen of Heaven cast a curse upon the land, locking the gates of Eden forever and made it so that only the Fallen Angel could reopen them. Seraphina is nearing the end of her demon days. No one had passed into Eden since the Hadean War and it was becoming difficult to find enough souls to claim. If she did not move up the ranks soon, she would disappear into Oblivion, the dimension of the Forgotten. Those who reached Oblivion never came back, forced to watch as everyone they loved lost all memory of them. While delivering her first fresh soul in months to the Keepers of the Vault, Seraphina stumbles upon a Saint. Can an insignificant thief of the underworld unite with a handsome, divine guardian to find the Fallen Angel and restore the balance of the Afterlife? Or will Hell be the only option for the deceased?
