Haunted by ghosts, Lena has nothing left to do, but to follow their wishes for them to finally have eternal peace in the afterlife. Lena started to see ghosts during high school. She told her mom about it but she didn't believe her, instead, her mom told her it was only a delusion in her head since she was not sleeping on time, because she was on her laptop all the time. Lena thought her mom, may be correct in her assumptions, but when she went to college away from their house in Bakersfield, the ghosts didn't stop pestering her. She could catch them in her photo. Joining her on her selfie or creeping her up with weird laughter during the night or even in the broad daylight. In a series of nightmares, Lena had about Claire, one of the ghosts she had encountered, who was gang rape and murdered almost five years ago by young adults with privileged family background, guided Lena to collate the digital evidence on Claire's cell phone and Facebook account pointing out the identities of Claire's perpetrators. This evidences were vital in the refiled case against Claire's assailants to progress. During the Preliminary Investigation of the case, the Office of the Prosecutor of Los Angeles, California, dismissed without prejudice based on insufficiency of evidence the initial case filed by the parents of Claire against the defendants. Lena was stunned to find out evidence pointing out to another evidence. The nightmares of Lena led the court to unfold the truth, giving Justice to Claire. The crux is, Lena was only a freshman, but she had learned to juggle her time with her studies, her passion for badminton game and with her private investigation of the case of Claire at her own expense. Being a computer savvy Lena was able to unlock the evidence against the defendants that had been sitting for some time on the late Claire's cell phone and Facebook account. And, with the help of her friends and Zack, the Ghost Detective, who became her love interest the case of Claire ensued and the wandering souls were able to proceed in the afterlife.
